Spiritual Armor: Persistent Prayer 🤲
Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere. Ephesians 6:18
Paul’s words here call us to live a life steeped in prayer. And we’re called to be persistent — not giving up when answers don’t come immediately or when situations seem impossible. Through persistent prayer, we grow in faith and patience, learning to trust God’s timing and wisdom. Our persistence builds spiritual resilience, reminding us that God is at work even when we can’t see the results.
Ephesians 6:18c instructs us to “keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.” Prayer isn’t a one-time event; it’s a lifestyle. Persistent prayer keeps us connected to God and helps sustain the Body of Christ.
Today, I encourage you to set aside time to pray for your church, friends, and family today. Lift them up, knowing that your prayers matter.
Prayer for today: Heavenly Father teach me to be persistent in prayer. Help me to lift others up consistently, trusting in the power of intercession .In Jesus’ name, Amen.
