Jesus Is The Truth
Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me. John 14:6
Choosing what we meditate on is key to walking in peace. When anxiety rises, we can either dwell on fear or choose to fix our minds on the promises of God. His Word is full of truth and hope. To meditate on what is true is to meditate on Christ Himself—the embodiment of truth (John 14:6).
Our thoughts shape our perspective, our decisions, and ultimately, our peace. In a world filled with noise, fear, and uncertainty, the apostle Paul urges us to intentionally turn our minds toward what is true, noble, just, pure, lovely, and praiseworthy. This isn’t just a mental exercise—it’s spiritual discipline.
Prayer for today: Father, I pray that You will strengthen my faith to believe You now—not just for the future. Teach me to trust You in this season, even when I cannot see the outcome. May the peace that surpasses all understanding guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Amen.
