Grace That Inspires Gratitude
Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His faithful love endures forever. Psalms 107:1
Grace and gratitude are deeply connected. When we pause to remember how much God has forgiven, healed, and restored in our lives, thanksgiving begins to overflow. Gratitude shifts our focus from what we lack to what we have received, unearned, undeserved, yet freely given.
A grateful heart becomes a generous one. As we recognize God’s mercy toward us, we are moved to extend that same love and kindness to others. Grace received does not stop with us; it transforms how we speak, how we serve, and how we respond, even in difficult moments.
The more aware we are of God’s grace, the more naturally gratitude shapes our lives and the more freely grace flows through us to those around us.
Prayer for today: Lord, thank You for the grace You have poured into my life. Help me live with a thankful heart that overflows into patience, mercy, and love for others. Let my heart overflow with gratitude, and may that gratitude be reflected in the way I love and serve others. Amen.
