After that, he appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers and sisters at the same time. I Corinthians 15:6

Jesus is not on the cross anymore. He is not nailed to the hardwood of sorrow anymore. The stone has been rolled away, He has resurrected from the grave that we put Him in and with that we are free. Jesus has triumphed over the cross and He has triumphed over the grave and He will triumph over anything that you are facing today!

Victory through His resurrection gives us access to power that only exists in the spirit world. This victory is what enables you and me to walk shamelessly and courageously face any obstacle or stumbling block that might stand in our way. This victory authorized us never to allow the shackles or burdens of sin to enslave us. You are no longer bound. Easter’s message is one of freedom, deliverance and pardon. Those who choose to remain in the darkness of sin, do so in ignorance. Let the redeemed of God go freely around his creation; let those who choose life, celebrate the victory of this Resurrection Day.

Prayer for today: Thank You Jesus, for setting me free. Thank You for Your sacrifice on the cross. I am forever grateful for that day. Amen.
