Get Unstuck
The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. John 10:10
How far have we drifted from our potential? How much have we atrophied from who we were created to be, because we simply haven’t been using what we were given? I said this yesterday, somewhere along the way we started believing in the lies. We started playing little, and in the process, we got stuck. Stuck in the monotony of a routine that was never intended to be our entire lives. Stuck as slaves to the rut of mindlessly watching life unfold on a little screen in our hands, as it passes us by in reality. Stuck in negative thoughts that suck the energy out of our souls. Stuck in the drowning waves of doubt, fear and indecision. Stuck in bad habits that ease the pain in the moment, then create a mountain of problems later.
We can do better, we know we can, and today, we will do better.
Jesus is breaking the rhythm we’ve been chained to, and He’s setting a new rhythm. Will you tune in and move to this new groove? Hear that beat and follow that beat. See where he is leading you. Trust this journey. When God leads you to the unknown, step boldly into your destiny with faith, trusting he will provide exactly what is needed when it is needed.
It’s time to do what you’ve never done before. It’s time to step up your game and break some chains which have been holding you back. Get unstuck by clinging to the promises of God.
Prayer for today: Dear God, thank You for being an ever present help in time of trouble. Please give me strength when I am weak, love when I feel forsaken, courage when I am afraid, and wisdom when I feel stuck. Comfort me when I am alone, remind me that I belong to You and with that I have access to a peace that this world cannot give and doesn’t understand. I love You Lord. Amen.
