It’s Perfect

Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the Lord he is God…. Psalm 100:2-3

Gratitude transforms our perspective. Instead of focusing on what we lack, we’re called to recognize God’s blessings. God’s Word tells us this – Scripture: “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights.” — James 1:17 Check yourself today? Are you walking about with a spirit of thankfulness?

God has given us so many things – but it isn’t until we lose one of those things that we then realize how good he has1, been to us – if it is restored to us then we are more inclined to give thanks. Do not let this happen to you. Don’t wait until something is lost to be thankful for it. Cultivate a spirit of thanksgiving daily, recognizing every gift as a reflection of God’s goodness. Let your gratitude overflow today and bring joy to your heavenly Father.

Prayer for today: Lord, thank You for the countless blessings You’ve given me. Open my eyes to see Your goodness and help me walk in thankfulness every day. Amen.
