Embrace the Hand of God

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28

For every moment in life that you would like to erase, or steps that you would like to redirect. The decisions you would want to reverse. The people you would want to eliminate. Imagine for each of the ugly moments, God being there for you through out each of them.

Imagine God standing with you, like the proud Father He is whispering ‘Go ahead my child, you got this!’ Feel God’s eye on you like a beam of sunlight, watching over you through it all. Imagine His hand holding you at your weakest, most regrettable moments. It’s right there in your memory, you just missed it before. Imagine His hand shielding you from the fiery darts of the enemy, as you walked through that hardship. Imagine His shadow covering you. It’s always been covering you.

This is what we cannot see. This is what God wants to show us. Zephaniah 3:17 says “For the Lord your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears. He will rejoice over you with joyful songs.”

If you could only see the hand of God has been saving you, then you wouldn’t want to delete the moment.

Prayer for today: I pray that God’s Hand will be stirred up to move in your favor in Jesus Name — Amen.
