Meet and Greet

Nicholas Sparks is an American novelist, famously known for writing The Notebook. Recently I was watching an interview where he was talking about getting back on the road with a new book tour because his favorite part is meeting with fans at his book signing where they come to meet with the author.
Our scripture today tells us ‘All Scripture is given by inspiration of God’ – the Bible is breathed by God. The author of the Bible is God himself! And each morning you and I get an opportunity to get to know the author of the most famous book ever written – The Bible. Each time you pick up your Bible to read it you are getting to know the author. But it is more than knowing about Him. You can actually come to know Him.
Over many years God inspired people to write the 66 books of the Bible. There were many different authors from different backgrounds. But what you will see, the more you read the Bible, is that the Word of God has a unity that could only come through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
Jesus is the author that can speak His truth specifically into your situation and unlock miracles in your future. If you want to really know Jesus, then today is the perfect day to meet and greet.
