Benefits of Trust
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. Proverbs 3:5
Trusting someone to catch you requires letting go of control and believing they won’t let you fall. It’s a vulnerable moment, and often, our human experiences remind us that people can be unreliable. But thankfully, when it comes to God, we never have to wonder if He’ll catch us.

Proverbs 3:5 reminds us to trust in the Lord with all our heart—not just a portion of it, but all of it. It tells us not to rely on what we can see, predict, or understand. Why? Because God’s perspective is eternal, and His plans for us are rooted in love.
When we trust totally in God, he gives us wisdom and understanding.
Prayer for today: Father, thank You for always being there for me. You invite me into a relationship with You, and as I grow, I learn to lean more and more on Your understanding rather than my own. Help me to remain in Your word so that I can memorize Your truths. Teach me to trust You in every season of my life, knowing that Your plans are good and full of purpose. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
