A thought here, a worry there, until before we know it, our hearts feel heavy and our minds feel crowded. God never intended for us to carry it all alone.<\/p>\n<p>Prayer is where we lay those things down. Not just once, but daily. It\u2019s an ongoing exchange of our worries for His peace, our weakness for His strength. Sometimes we think we have to hold it together, to manage everything on our own. But God gently reminds us: you can give it to Me.<\/p>\n<p>There is a release that happens when we finally let go. Not because every situation instantly changes, but because we are no longer carrying it by ourselves. God sustains us in ways we can\u2019t always see, strengthening us from the inside out.<\/p>\n<p>So today, don\u2019t hold onto what is weighing you down. Bring it to Him again if you need to. He never grows tired of listening, and He never runs out of strength to give.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prayer for today:<\/strong> <em>Lord, help me to release what I\u2019ve been holding onto. Teach me to come to You daily with my burdens and trust that You will sustain me. Thank You for carrying what I cannot.
