He was powerful, respected, and victorious.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But he had leprosy. In the Second Book of Kings 5, we see the tension: influence without wholeness.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">His flaw? Pride.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">His mess? A private condition he could not conquer publicly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When told to wash seven times in the Jordan River, Naaman was offended. He expected a grand prophetic display, not simple obedience. But healing was waiting on humility. When he finally dipped not once, but seven times his flesh was restored like that of a child.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Purpose required surrender. Sometimes the miracle is not in dramatic moments but in consistent obedience. The very instruction that offends your pride may unlock your freedom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this Year of Purpose, don\u2019t let ego delay your healing. God may use simple obedience to bring complete restoration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Prayer for today:<\/strong>\u00a0<em>Lord, humble my heart. Where pride resists Your instruction, soften me. Help me obey even when it feels beneath me. Wash away what I cannot fix on my own. Purify my motives and my spirit.
