Distraction and comparison.<\/p>\n<p>Her mess? Missing the moment while managing responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p>While Mary sat at Jesus\u2019 feet, Martha complained. But Jesus gently corrected her: \u201cOnly one thing is needed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Later, in John 11, we see growth. When Lazarus died, Martha declared, \u201cI believe that You are the Messiah.\u201d Correction became transformation. Purpose requires presence. You can be busy for God and still miss intimacy with God.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prayer for today<em>: <\/em><\/strong><em>Lord, quiet my anxious heart. Help me prioritize Your presence over performance. Teach me to sit before I serve. Align my activity with intimacy.
