Man’s empty praise and treasures that fade are never enough.” Sometimes, we find ourselves searching for something to make sense of our lives, hoping that the next achievement, relationship, or resource will fill the gap. But as the song says, “There’s nothing better than You.” Trusting God often requires stepping into the unknown, to place our hope in the unseen. While chariots and horses could be seen and touched, God’s provision, though sometimes invisible, is far more powerful.

It’s hard to trust what we can’t see, but this is the essence of true faith. Faith means believing that God’s presence and strength are real even when we can’t physically see them at work.

God calls us not to keep searching for answers in the world, but to trust in Him. He alone satisfies what nothing else can. In every area of your life, ask God to help you trust in His invisible, faithful presence rather than in your own resources.

Today, reflect on the areas where you’ve been searching for fulfillment. Trust that God’s plan, even if unseen, is better than anything the world has to offer. His provision is faithful and full, even when we can’t see how it’s unfolding.

Prayer for today: God, I confess that sometimes I search for answers in places that leave me empty. Help me to stop looking to the world and to trust in Your perfect plan for my life. Teach me to trust in Your unseen provision today, knowing that You are more than enough.
