Whether it&#8217;s unexpected storms, heartbreak, or trials that come in waves, nothing should take us by surprise. In John 15:15, Jesus speaks to us as friends. He doesn\u2019t want us to be in the dark about what\u2019s to come. He\u2019s already given us His Word and His promises to guide us. He invites us to remain connected to Him, especially when storms arise. Jesus\u2019 invitation is not just for comfort, but for empowerment.<\/p>\n<p>When life gets overwhelming, when we feel like we&#8217;re carrying burdens too heavy to bear, Jesus reminds us that we are His friends. As friends, we are not abandoned or left to navigate life&#8217;s trials on our own. He walks with us, guides us, and strengthens us through every trial. We have the privilege of leaning on Him, knowing that He has already gone before us to prepare a way.<\/p>\n<p>Today, as we reflect on this scripture, let us take comfort in the knowledge that we are never alone in our struggles. We can face the storms with confidence, knowing that Jesus is with us, always. Remaining connected to Him\u2014through prayer, His Word, and fellowship\u2014will give us the grace we need to endure and to overcome.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jesus offers a deeper relationship with us, one built on trust, understanding, and shared purpose. Through this connection, we are never alone.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u200a<\/strong><strong>Prayer for today<\/strong>: <em>Heavenly Father, as we move forward we ask that You will keep our hearts focused on You, and give us the grace to continue seeking You with the same passion and devotion, even after the fast ends. In Jesus\u2019 name, we pray.
