Instead of focusing on what we lack, we\u2019re called to recognize God\u2019s blessings. God\u2019s Word tells us this &#8211; Scripture: &#8220;<em>Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights.&#8221; \u2014 <\/em>James 1:17 Check yourself today? Are you walking about with a spirit of thankfulness?<\/p>\n<p>God has given us so many things \u2013 but it isn\u2019t until we lose one of those things that we then realize how good he has1, been to us \u2013 if it is restored to us then we are more inclined to give thanks. Do not let this happen to you. Don\u2019t wait until something is lost to be thankful for it. Cultivate a spirit of thanksgiving daily, recognizing every gift as a reflection of God\u2019s goodness. Let your gratitude overflow today and bring joy to your heavenly Father.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prayer for today<\/strong>:<em> Lord, thank You for the countless blessings You\u2019ve given me. Open my eyes to see Your goodness and help me walk in thankfulness every day.
