Ask God to give me the right words so I can boldly explain God\u2019s mysterious plan that the Good News is for Jews and Gentiles alike. <strong>Ephesians 6:19<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this verse, we see Paul, one of the boldest and most influential apostles, humbly asking for prayer. Even with all his knowledge and experience, Paul acknowledges his need for divine help to proclaim the gospel. He knows he can&#8217;t do it alone, and he\u2019s not afraid to admit it. Paul reminds the Ephesians to remember him in prayer\u2014a simple but profound reminder of our responsibility to lift one another up, especially those who are sharing God\u2019s message with the world.<\/p>\n<p>Paul\u2019s request for prayer isn&#8217;t just a call for personal support; it\u2019s a lesson for all of us in the power and purpose of praying for others. Praying for others reminds us that we are not meant to walk this journey alone. It pulls us out of our own struggles, inviting us to focus on the needs of others, which in turn often gives us renewed perspective on our own situations. When we pray for others, we experience the grace and strength of God, as our hearts become aligned with His love and compassion.<\/p>\n<p>In our own lives, when we\u2019re caught up in our struggles, praying for someone else can be a source of healing and strength. It\u2019s a way to take the focus off ourselves and our worries, and to experience the peace that comes from bringing someone else before God. It\u2019s amazing how our burdens can feel lighter when we\u2019re helping carry the burdens of others in prayer. As we pray for others, God often brings new strength and encouragement to our own hearts.<\/p>\n<p>Who can you pray for today? Are there people in your life who need boldness, strength, or clarity in sharing the gospel? As you lift them up, remember that your prayers have the power to bring encouragement and strength to them\u2014and to you.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prayer for today<\/strong>:<em> Lord, I lift up those who are serving and sharing Your gospel. Strengthen them, give them the right words, and fill them with boldness. And Father, help me to be mindful of the needs of others, to lift them up in prayer, and to find renewed strength and perspective as I focus on their needs instead of my own.
