Being in God’s family means I have lots of sisters and brothers in Christ, and how amazing it is to know that I’m never alone because I’m a child of God. It’s awe-inspiring to realize that I am a part of something so much bigger than me, and the assurance that I am never alone because of my status as a child of God. As believers, we are embraced as heirs and cherished children of the Almighty, experiencing the boundless and unwavering love of our Heavenly Father.

Romans 8:14-17 says ‘“For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God. So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you received God’s Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. Now we call him, “Abba, Father.” And since we are his children, we are his heirs. In fact, together with Christ we are heirs of God’s glory. But if we are to share his glory, we must also share his suffering.”

My question to you today is do you accept that you are a child of God? And are you living as a child of God and loving others as we’ve been taught?

Monday, May 29 Big Family But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God.
