But I\u2019d like for you to meditate with me on the first part of verse 16 which says \u2018<em>Truthful words stand the test of time<\/em>\u2026\u2019 Another version puts it this way: \u2018<em>A truthful witness gives honest testimony\u2019<\/em>. This, of course, has implications for witnesses in court. But also, all of us are witnesses in the sense that we are all in a position to testify about Jesus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is important for us to tell others the story of how Jesus came in and saved our lives. Your story may not be as dramatic as mine or vice versa, but everyone has a story and each story has its own power.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sharing your faith story might not always be an easy task, especially if you are afraid of being judged or looked at differently because of what you believe.
